In order to improve the service offered to customers, have been set up information points for the assistance to customers; near the info-points have been installed self-ticket machines, arranged for the release of daily tickets or subscriptions, as well as tickets integrated to travel within the region and for tickets for the travel on the network of Trenitalia.
They are at:
Two in the hall near Bari Centrale's station of Ferrotramviaria;
One in the transit station in the Airport of Bari.
The assistance to public will be provided also in english and other languages.
The staff of the info-point is authorized, in addition to the release of information regarding our services, also including assistance for the purchase of tickets through the self-emitting present near the info-point.
