Ferrotramviaria has care staff training, targeting service efficiency and satisfaction of the traveler. The selection of the employees that are involved directly with the public is to ensure the preparation and the adequacy of communication.
RECOGNITION
Employees that have relationships are provided with an identification card, indicating the task being performed, the identification number and photography. In case of telephone calls, upon request, the office clerks are required to provide their name, their title and the name of the office they work for.
PRESENTABILITY
Employees that have relationships with the public, in the exercise of duties, wear the business uniform and is required to get particular attention to his personal care. Are not permitted forms of neglect and/or excessive eccentricity.
BEHAVIOUR, DEPORTMENT AND LANGUAGE
Employees are sensitized to speak a clear and understandable language during information and communication with the public. In particular, employees in contact with the users are required to be ready and available, treating with respect and courtesy, in order to establish a relationship of trust and collaboration.
